Lee Ashton

Managing Director

Lee has 20 years experience of working in the events and comms industry, and during this time has enjoyed working with brands such as Pets at Home, Mothercare, New Look and Intel, each giving him a unique understanding of how brands work, what they need from agencies and how teams can deliver large (and smaller) scale events and projects.

As founder of Bugler Smith, Lee is involved at different levels in the majority of the agency's projects, whilst also managing the business, plans for growth and development of the team. As an agency, we are always looking for new innovative ways to engage, excite our clients and their audiences, and create work we want to be famous for.

Natalia Togher

Client Services Director

Natalia has over 15 years experience working within both large global agencies and smaller niche independent agencies. Her experience has seen her as strategic lead for campaign/brand repositioning for some of the UK’s largest independent and public sector brands including Lambrini, Pets at Home, Airbus, NatWest, and the NHS.

As Client Services Director, Natalia is responsible for the leadership and development of the account management team, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. Natalia also works with our client partners on campaign strategy and measurable KPI’s.

Victoria Burke

Account Director

With over 10 years industry experience, Victoria has delivered a range of campaigns for some of the country’s top FTSE100 companies including Ashtead Group, Tesco and United Utilities as well as retail giants such as B&M and Marks & Spencer.

Specialising in events and experiential, Victoria understands the importance of face-to-face communications and how to use live events as a channel within an integrated marketing approach.

Dean Smith

Head of Design

Over the past 9 years Dean has worked in large advertising agencies across London, Sydney, Amsterdam and Manchester where he has worked on and delivered integrated campaigns for clients including; eBay, Heineken, Virgin Atlantic, Natwest and Swinton Insurance.

Experienced in design across all areas, Dean really excels when it comes to digital, UX and Campaign work.

Richard Knowles

Head of PR

Richard is a qualified print and broadcast journalist, turned PR professional, who has worked at Board level with national and international blue-chip clients. He has worked with a wide range of industries and professions, including automotive, sport, finance, legal, finance and veterinary.

Richard’s range of PR skills and topics he’s able to comment on, extend to corporate communications, strategy planning, media training, crisis communications, media relations, video, social & digital media, and sponsorship (including activation).

Ryan Gibson

Head of Social Media

Ryan has almost a decade of marketing and communications experience and specialises in delivering disruptive and results-driven social campaigns for brands.

He’s worked with a range of household brands, including Mars Drinks, Dulux and Silver Cross, as well as some of the UK’s leading companies operating in the B2B sector such as ARI Fleet, DWF and Bruntwood.
